What attachment that I should attach when doing claim ?​
The prove that you spend your money for particular reasons.
Especially receipt of your payment. The credit card receipt with amount only will be reject by HR. Please attached THE PROVE OF PAYMENT
What is the different between KPI Exec & Non Exec?​
Executive does not have 3 components; Quality of Work, Quantity of Work and Efficiency/ Timeliness but
Non Executive have 3 components; Quality of Work, Quantity of Work and Efficiency/ Timeliness
As Operation Staff, can I apply off day on Saturday or Sunday?
Yes you can. Effective 1 February 2020, all operation staff that working 6 days per week can apply off day on Saturday or Sunday
How do I request to attend classes for HROC ?

You will be notice via email blast, notice board and can register at HROC webpage
What do I need to bring for HROC classes ?
​
Mobile phone with HROC Apps been installed
Do you accept for manual registration ?
​
No. All registration for online registration
Do I get certificate after attending these classes ?
​
Yes. Subject to module completion and pass the mini exam
Why I can't claim via HROC Apps ?​
For the time being, any claim has to be done via Web.

What is the duration to claim ?​
Claim date in 3 months
Why Quarantine Leave include in Compassionate Leave?​
As instructed by the HQ, we follow the new capping for Quarantine Leave that include in the Compassionate Leave with maximum 10 days.
Can I get my Guarantee Letter from HR0C?​
No. You must request the GL from AIA via email.
